Items purchased on www.Maison-B-More.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
There are 3 ways to return or exchange your order, you can either;
1) Call our Customer Care team at +971 4 327 9989 or email care@maisonbmore.com
2) Return to the Bmore Store in Wafi Mall any day between 10 a.m. – 10 p.m (Dubai time: GMT +4).
3) Contact our Customer Care team on care@maisonbmore.com with your order number and request detail and we will deal with the rest.
All returns must conform to our returns policy. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
מדיניות החזרות
1) יש להחזיר את המוצרים במצבם המקורי (חדשים, מבלי שנעשה בהם שימוש, ללא נזק ומבלי שעברו כביסה), כאשר כל התוויות מצופרות אליהם, ובאריזתם המקורית.
2) Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
3) מסיבות היגייניות, יש למדוד בגדי ים או הלבשה תחתונה מעל לבגדים ולהחזירם כאשר סגר האבטחה מוצמד, לא הוסר ולא ניזוק. לא נקבל מוצרים שיוחזרו ללא הסגר.
4) בעת מדידת נעליים, נא הקפידו לא לגרום נזק לסוליות או לקופסת הנעליים. כדי למנוע נזק לנעליים, אנו ממליצים למדוד את הנעליים על שטיח או ריצוף רך.
5) Perfumes, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Online Returns
1) Sign into your account and go to ‘My Orders', select the order number which include the item(s) you wish to return.
2) Click on Return and select the items you wish to return.
3) Confirm return and agree to our return policy.
4) You will receive a confirmation email with all the details and instructions you’ll need to complete the return.
